Shed those Christmas pounds at Fitness in the Park

Anyone looking to shed some pounds after Christmas can take part in new Fitness in the Park sessions.
The one-hour sessions run three times a week at parks across the borough and offer people the chance to pay as you go, rather than the commitment of joining a gym.
Michelle Evans, co-founder of Fitness in the Park, said: ?All sessions take place outside, and we operate in all weathers, so our sessions are for people who don?t mind getting a bit muddy from time to time.
?We cater for all ages and all abilities and our sessions are different every single time. We also operate on a pay-as-you-go basis, which means our clients don?t end up paying for sessions they can?t attend.?
The sessions, which include a mixture of cardio and resistance training, take place every Monday and Wednesday from 7pm to 8pm at Bearwood Recreation Ground, in Sindlesham, and at Joel Park, in Wokingham, between 9am and 10am on Sundays.
